Caoimhe Friel is volunteer who dedicates her life to creating a shared society in the Limavady area, Caoimhe has been volunteering for the past 10 years, since the age of 14. Caoimhe is the voice of young people in her local area for peacebuilding and promoting acceptance and understanding of others. She believes that all young people deserve an equality of opportunity to participate in all aspects of community life. Her work has changed attitudes, created mutual respect and understanding of others and she has created a safe space where all young people can explore their similarities and differences.
