Stephen is a great person. He has volunteered on a number of events and projects with ArtsEkta. He always arrives with a smile on his face and a great enthusiasm which is contagious. He goes out of his way to include all of the volunteer team and is a natural leader. Working with volunteers from diverse communities, as well as attendees, participants, artists and facilitators Stephen treats everyone with a warm respect and friendship which is rare to see. He engages with people on a personal level, regardless of background. If everyone had Stephens approach to working with diverse people, the world would be a much more welcomign place.
