After fleeing war and destruction as a boy, Somalia born and Northern Ireland Man Mohamed Ahmed works to tireless throughout the communities of Northern Ireland supporting and developing opportunities for young people to build greater understanding of different cultures and faith. Mohamed has the biggest heart for building peace and creating opportunities for change and integration to ensure that Northern Ireland is a society for all that call it home. Building and volunteering at East Africa Youth Mohamed has set about impacting the hundreds of lives of young people that have moved to Northern Ireland to make this their home, whilst ensuring more young people have the opportunity to build life long relationships in which they have a greater understanding of a diverse society and tolerance for difference .
