The Crosslinks volunteer team aged 16-19yrs are an excellent positive representation of teenagers making a positive contribution to their own and wider community as they lead by example creating a culture of inclusion, mutual understanding, celebration of diversity and culture through peer learning. They encourage friendships across community divides and help create a platform where the voice of our young people can be presented.
